We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across online and offline channels, producing engaging video content, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. The role will also contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and products, while collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams to deliver impactful and on-brand creative solutions. 

 1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design high-quality visual assets for online channels, including social media, landing pages, sales kits, and other digital platforms, as well as offline materials such as POSM and catalogues, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines. 
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing and communication purposes, including livestreams and short-form videos, ensuring content is engaging, easy to understand, and relevant to current audience preferences. 
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, and overall aesthetic quality across all brand touchpoints in accordance with established brand guidelines.
• Contribute creative ideas, visual concepts, and design directions for marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and other communication activities.
• Organize, categorize, and maintain the digital asset library, including footage, design files, and final deliverables, ensuring assets are properly managed and easily accessible.
• Provide design expertise and collaborate closely with the creative/design team on other projects and tasks as required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager. 

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required skills

• 3-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related creative role. 
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and video production tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or equivalent software.
• Proven experience working with and consistently applying brand guidelines across different visual and communication touchpoints.
• Strong aesthetic sense, sharp visual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual outputs.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. 

Preferred skills

• Experience working with education, technology, or EdTech brands. 
• Hands-on experience in livestream production and operations. 
• Strong awareness of current visual and video content trends, particularly short-form formats on Tik Tok and Instagram Reels. 
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
