We are looking for a hands-on, community-obsessed Community Executive to build, manage, and grow community channels. You will be the face and voice of our brand within the community — creating meaningful connections, driving member engagement, and turning learners into advocates.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute community growth strategies across team Edtech's owned channels and groups.
- Establish and maintain community guidelines, operating frameworks, and member experience standards consistent with brand personality.
- Ideate and run community content and recurring activations — minigames, contests, webinars, livestreams — while proactively engaging with members and responding in a timely manner to drive membership growth and active rates.
- Monitor and synthesize social listening data; evaluate and categorize member feedback and potential leads for proper follow-up across relevant teams.
- Oversee community accounts and seeding activities, ensuring full compliance with the brand's transparency standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure community activities are well-communicated and executed smoothly and on schedule.
- Track and report on key community metrics on a regular basis (growth, active rate, engagement, sentiment, etc.) and propose data-driven optimization strategies.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management or social media, with direct hands-on experience building or growing a community from an early stage (under 5,000 members) or from scratch.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z learning community behavior and dynamics.
- Proficient in community-building tools and analytics/monitoring platforms.
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to handle negative feedback tactfully and constructively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to spark conversations, not just broadcast content.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry.
- Proven track record managing multi-platform communities (Facebook Group, Threads, Tik Tok, emerging platforms).
- Background in IELTS preparation or strong familiarity with the language-learning journey.
3. HIRING PROCESS
Phone Screening > Home Test > Onsite Interview > Offering.
4. WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT CỐC CỐC
Few countries have local challengers in the search and browser space. Vietnam is one of those countries thanks to Cốc Cốc. There are a lot of challenges in competing against dominant global players, but also lots of rewards when we succeed.
Professional Growth
- What we are doing is difficult. This is why there are a lot of opportunities for you to learn and grow with support from a mix of learning & development programs.
- You will work alongside talented team members who have a unique skill set and expertise in this market.
Working Environment
- A culture of flexibility and responsibility, no dress code.
- Exciting internal events to help you understand the whole business and make you part of the Cốc Cốc family.
- Modern and cozy kitchens with plenty of snacks and coffee/tea bars every day, to make sure your energy level is high when you need it.
- Many interesting hobby clubs to share your non-professional passions — English Club, Yoga, Football, and many more forming.
