Cốc Cốc is expanding into the EdTech space with innovative AI-powered products. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Performance Content Executive to develop high-impact content that drives user acquisition and business growth. 

As a Performance Content Executive for Team Edumina, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven marketing to scale our educational products from 0 to 1. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  1. Strategy & Content Planning
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Lead/Manager to translate business objectives (Leads, Sales, Brand Share) into sharp content angles and core key messages for each course product line. 
  • Research parent/student insights and conduct competitor analysis to map out detailed content plans across the entire marketing funnel (Awareness -> Consideration -> Conversion). 
  • Propose overall concepts, messaging, and scripts for influencer bookings (KOL/KOC), workshops, webinars, and livestreams. 
  • Work closely with team members to execute projects and related tasks. 
  1. Execution & Creative Production Management
  • Brainstorm, copywrite, and direct visuals for Performance Ads channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search/Display). 
  • Write highly detailed briefs (Key messages, angles, formats) for KOLs/KOCs and closely control output quality to optimize conversion efficiency. 
  • Optimize copy and content structure for Landing Pages and Product Pages to boost Conversion Rates (CR). 
  • Script and direct short-form video production based on strong user insights: UGC, student testimonials, course reviews, and seeding scripts. 
  1. Measurement, Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Track, interpret, and take accountability for content performance through core metrics: CTR, CVR, CPL (Cost per Lead), alongside engagement metrics (Reach, Views, Retention Rate). 
  • Proactively execute A/B testing for new content angles based on daily/weekly data reports. 
  • Initiate and implement content optimization plans to minimize costs and maximize conversion rates based on hard data. 
  1. Reporting & System Development
  • Deliver regular content performance reports to the direct manager. 
  • Standardize and build a content asset library (sample briefs, winning script formulas, creative guidelines) to prepare for process packaging and team scaling. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Required skills:  

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years of full-time experience in Content Marketing, with at least 1 - 2 years specialized in Content Performance / Creative Ads. Experience in Education (EdTech, English/IELTS training centers, online courses) or high-ticket services is highly preferred. 
  • End-to-End Ownership: Ability to drive the entire process from planning and execution to performance measurement.  
  • Performance & Data-driven Mindset: Deep understanding of marketing funnels and conversion ads; habit of working with and optimizing content based on metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL). 
  • Target Audience Insight: Deep understanding of the psychology, behaviors, decision-making journeys of customers.
