Cốc Cốc is seeking a talent Account Manager, Agency to facilitate selling Cốc Cốc advertising solutions for the industry organizations.

 

You will work with all strong and enthusiastic people in the Sales department to reach all the assigned KPIs and promote the industry in a great way. Our department always has a clear orientation and policy of rewarding your future significant contribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Account Management:

 

  • Be initiative in account management tasks: meet up with clients, take briefs, brainstorm, research brand/consumer insights…
  • Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, contract, campaign management);
  • Be highly organized and accountable for deadlines, status reports, and internal reviews;
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
  • Responsible for managing several accounts & make sure of good flow;
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
  • Complete weekly reports;
  • Control 3rd-party work quality and timeline.

 

Business Development:

 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting clients relationships;
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and deliver improvements;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Required skills:

 

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; 
  • At least 2 years of experience for Sales/Business Development and Account Management position in advertising industry;
  • Experienced and good understanding of digital marketing in Vietnam in general;

 

Soft Skills:

 

  • A problem solver with a positive attitude;
  • Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency;
  • Strong relationship management skills, comfortable interacting with clients in person and over the phone;
  • Effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentation skills, and strategic and innovative thinking.
