Currently, Cốc Cốc is looking for a Junior UX Researcher with wide knowledge about user experience. The User Researcher will be responsible for conducting user research projects that inform product decisions and enhance user experiences across digital platforms.

 

This role plays an important part in understanding user needs and shaping user-centered solutions—including future AI-driven features—by delivering high-quality insights that guide the product development process. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who is curious about human behavior, passionate about improving experiences, and eager to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & conduct research: Plan, execute, analyze, and report on UX research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to address key business and product questions.
• Test usability across the product lifecycle: Run in-person and remote usability testing at different stages, from early concepts and prototypes to final product validation.
• Engage with users directly: Facilitate in-depth interviews or focus group discussions to uncover user needs, motivations, and behaviors.
• Identify pain points: Spot problematic touchpoints in the user journey based on research insights and user behavior.
• Work with data: Collaborate with data analysts to improve user experience measurement and evaluate opportunities for enhancing the product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align research with business and product objectives.
• Explore AI opportunities: Apply your research expertise to support the development and refinement of AI-powered features that improve student and user experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or Philosophy.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting qualitative research, user research, or UX research.
• Ability to independently create discussion guides, moderate and report on usability tests and user interviews.
• Proficiency in designing surveys, analyzing quantitative data, and producing clear, actionable reports.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in user experience; prior experience supporting AI-related projects is a strong plus.

Preferred skills:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with statistical and basic data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, or Excel PivotTables).
• Strong passion for research and user-centric design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Effective in managing the logistics and resources associated with research projects.
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about AI technologies and their impact on user behavior and digital product design.
