The Product Department is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Product Designer team. Our mission is to provide user-friendly interfaces with great experiences to our new and existing Cốc Cốc products. As a UI UX Designer, your main tasks are to focus on designing/optimizing user interfaces and improving the experience based on user feedback and data.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Translate user requirements and stakeholders input into design solution for web, mobile, and desktop experiences, applying design thinking methodologies
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team of developers, testers, researchers, BAs, and PMs
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and usability best practices
• Participate in usability testing, iterating on designs based on user feedback
• Present design concepts and rationale to team and stakeholders
• Stay up to date on the latest UI/UX knowledge and technologies.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Required skills:

 

• At least 1 year of previous working experience as a UI UX Designer/Product Designer in IT industry
• Have a great portfolio of UI/UX design work in Mobile apps, Websites, Webapps or Desktop apps. Please include a link/links to projects in your application describing your approach and process
• Understanding of graphic design principles including typography, color and composition
• Proficient at using Figma.

 

Preferred skills:

 

• Experience in native mobile app projects
• Understanding of Google’s Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines and web standards
• Familiar with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

• Fast learner, eager to learn new things
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Active listener, open to feedback or criticism 
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good communicational English.
