We are seeking a dynamic, proactive intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and interested in gaining broader exposure to various HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced tech environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for Intern and Collaborator positions, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Support the EB-IC team in organizing internal activities and Employer Branding initiatives, including job fairs, company tours and social contents.
Leverage AI-powered tools and recruitment technologies to improve sourcing productivity, candidate screening quality, and operational efficiency.
Assist the HR team with other assignments as required by the Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Final year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Public Relations, Business, Economics or a related major;
Able to work full-time for a duration of 6 months.
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
Good command of English
Having hands-on experience in recruitment is a big plus.
