We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and talented PR & Communication Executive to lead our communications team. Your team oversees all external communications, public & government relations for a company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.

With the mission to create and maintain a favorable public image for Cốc Cốc, you will be responsible for conveying an organization's external messages by communication and media relations programs.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Public Relations for all Cốc Cốc-Invested Projects

 

• Develop and execute PR plans for all Cốc Cốc-invested projects.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of communication campaigns.

 

Media Relations & Crisis Management

 

• Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs/KOCs, and communities.
• Monitor media coverage and social listening to identify potential risks.
• Develop crisis response plans and lead communication crisis management.

 

Corporate Messaging & Executive Branding

 

• Advise and build the public profile of the company's leadership.
• Draft and edit speeches, thought leadership articles, and media content.
• Standardize and manage key corporate messages to ensure brand consistency.

 

Scope of Work

 

• Cover all Cốc Cốc entities, including subsidiaries, affiliated projects, and invested companies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Required skills:

 

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Proven track record planning and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level;
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media/press 
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

• Hands-on experience with Technology products is a plus;
• Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous;
• Strong relationship or experience in government relations. 

 

Soft skills:

 

• Good presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical audiences;
• Good knowledge of markets and changing business environments
• Good English skills.
