We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Business Analyst to join our product development department. As a Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to learn and understand user needs clearly and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
Collect, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders, and end users; translate them into PRD, BRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Model business processes and product logic using UML, BPMN, ERD, and flowcharts.
Maintain and update product and requirement documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
Analyze product data and user behavior to identify pain points.
Define A/B Test and metrics to validate proposed ideas/solutions.
Support the system analysis and design:
⁃ Propose technical solutions and system design to fulfill the requirements.
⁃ Support software development processes on both desktop and mobile platforms.
Work closely with QA and Development teams during implementation and verification phases to ensure the product meets defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the Design team to review and validate product designs, ensuring usability and optimal user experience.
Collaborate with the User Support/ User Research team to gather user feedback and understand real user problems and needs.
Collaborate with the BI team to define metrics and build dashboards for product monitoring and performance tracking.
Work closely with Project Manager and Product Manager in product planning, backlog management, and prioritization activities.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Have at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner role.
Experience writing BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for developers.
Ability to create flowcharts, logic diagrams, and basic wireframes using tools like Miro, draw.io, or Figma.
Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in problem-solving and decision-making contexts.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
