From a low-key Gen Z who has found his joy at work - Truc Khoi, Cốc Cốc Banner Designer.
As a rather shy and quiet Gen Z, I feel more suitable for jobs that do not require too much communication, so I naturally become a Designer. I have been in this profession since graduating from university and experienced many aspects of the work, and it was not until coming to Cốc Cốc that I realized this would be a new and improved challenge in my career.
I'm encouraged to step out of my "comfort zone" thanks to Cốc Cốc. Despite being an introvert, I can find myself more comfortable working at Cốc Cốc and joining in great activities: playing billiards, hanging out with the boys after work, having breakfast, and drinking coffee with everyone before work. I talk more than before, feel happier, and work more efficiently.
On the first working day, I had an impression that my seniors at Cốc Cốc are "too mature" in comparison to me. Looking at the bright side, I appreciate my opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and improve my professionalism and soft skills. However, I still feel a little difficult to communicate with them.
Maybe, being surrounded by friendly and enthusiastic colleagues who are always ready to support me makes me more sociable. Getting this "positive vice" and "joy" from everyone, my daily experience at Cốc Cốc has become more enjoyable than ever. It also did not take me much time to get acquainted, share, and get close to everybody through many exciting activities.
The most recent event is Company Trip celebrating Cốc Cốc's 9th birthday. Everyone played hard and had fun and for me, this was a really successful trip that went beyond expectations. I got to interact more with our bosses, especially with Mr. Vu Anh - CEO when he was in the same bonding team as me. He is very close and cheerful and I do not see any distance when communicating with him. During the Gala Dinner, everyone was free to eat, play, and be creative with the performance. Unfortunately, that day, my team had to give up the first prize to another team, so that everyone could shine :))) Then we kept on partying, and finally, I just remembered that it was only 1 AM to get to my hotel room :D
It will sound a bit contradictory when I’m the quiet type but still love to experience and discover new things. Therefore, every day at Cốc Cốc, I enjoy being more active, experiencing more, and learning more things with my friendly and talented colleagues. All have stimulated me so that every day I am excited to go to work with a lot of motivation and inspiration.
Although my time with Cốc Cốc hasn’t been long and I haven’t contributed much to the overall development of Cốc Cốc, working in this fun and friendly environment makes me feel that I can always try to improve. I hope to continue to accompany Cốc Cốc, so that in the future I will contribute to Cốc Cốc's development, and make the Company a top tech - company in Vietnam!
