From the little girl who is always energetic, joyful, and a Gen Z - Quynh Anh, Cốc Cốc Human Resources Intern

Every morning, I wake up early, but not that early. Then, I enjoy my breakfast at home with the lovely puppy I’d in the house. When I have prepared myself to enter the circle of life, I ride my “trusty steel steed” to the company. Successful people always have their own way, so I take the stairs up to the 8th floor, then take 10 minutes to breathe as I’ve never breathed before, then I start doing my work. And why am I motivated to do so every day? Because I like to come to work but mainly chat with everyone at the Cốc Cốc Hanoi Office <3

Working with the seniors in the HR department for a while, I feel very impressed with the working environment and atmosphere. Everyone here is very friendly and “salty”, but they are also creative and know how to motivate each other while working. In other words, HR members not only complete the work assigned but also use their creativity to create small projects or upgrade the quality of work to "pro max", "vjp pro", “so kool”.

Plus, Cốc Cốc's internal activities and events from small to large scale are very meaningful because it helps employees relax, as well as connect everyone outside the field of work. I feel lucky to be able to participate in Company Trip, on the occasion of celebrating Cốc Cốc's 9th birthday. This event impressed me the most and gave me the opportunity to get closer and open up to everyone.

Talking about the working atmosphere at Cốc Cốc,  there is a tiny piece of the story about when I first joined Cốc Cốc. Perhaps for many people, this is a normal thing, but for me, this shows that at Cốc Cốc, I’m being heard: In the interview with the seniors in the HR department, I shared that I have a big weakness, that is, I don't know how to say no. Therefore, sometimes I will get overloaded with the work, which affects my work quality. Therefore, whenever seniors gave me tasks, they always asked me if the workload was too much, and if I can finish all of them. It was then that I  knew, everyone really cares for me, and I really appreciate that.

I truly love Cốc Cốc and love my time here, especially since this is a dynamic and friendly environment. With Cốc Cốc, I can be confident to be myself, be heard, and not be limited, or rigidly framed in any way.

Hopefully, I will be able to stick with Cốc Cốc for a long time, and especially, have the opportunity to grow with the HR department. I feel that catching up with work is not difficult anymore, because the HR members are very enthusiastic, meticulous, and dedicated to guiding me in everything, from small to big. Everyone did not hesitate to answer all my questions. Although I have only worked for a short time, I have learned a lot of things including both hard skills and soft skills.

Perhaps with the hard skills, I can learn them in many other places and in many different ways, but with the soft skills such as carefulness, meticulousness, as well as how to handle situations, I feel that I can only learn them at Cốc Cốc. I realize that soft skills in work, especially in the field of HR, will have a very big influence ^^.
