"2012 to 2015 was the first time I worked with Cốc Cốc as a member of the DNA team: Making keywords for the website, voting on search results, and evaluating the quality of query parsing, ... After enough time to sharpen my skills, I knew that my ambition was getting bigger, so I decided to leave to look for a new, more attractive opportunity.

 

And, I came back to Cốc Cốc for the same reason.

 

 

Working at Cốc Cốc for three years, I had a friend: Mr. Dinh Thang. He also has many ambitions in his career, and also wants to make a breakthrough with the products he makes. And in a meeting that we had, when I learned that Thang had returned to work for Cốc Cốc again, bringing his new ambitions for the products, aiming for the goal of making Cốc Cốc become a leading technology company, I was not surprised. It is the story of an ecosystem of products, revolving around the Cốc Cốc browser, about products serving the Vietnamese internet community. I was so interested and agreed to come back, back to my "old home" to continue to "fight" for more.

 

Returning to Cốc Cốc, taking on a new position, I encountered some difficulties with my work. Product management is completely different from managing a customer-oriented IT project, which I have become so familiar with. There are many new and interesting things to learn. The goal of work is also different now. But lucky for me, by my side, there are colleagues ready to support me, who at the core are always Cốc Cốc-ers:

 

• The managers are willing to advise and critique ideas, helping to raise the quality of employees’ opinions.
• Team Design has the talents to turn ideas into reality.
• Developers always deploy ideas quickly and with much quality.
• QA members still deliver their best in quality inspections.
• The IS team is so dedicated, days and nights.
• The MKT team is always enthusiastic about bringing our products to users.
• Then there is the BI team, the HR team, the Admin team, the Finance - Accounting team, etc. Everyone is also ready to "fight", for Cốc Cốc getting further each day.

 

Therefore, they have fueled the fire for me to continue to grow stronger since I returned. Hopefully, with an enthusiastic and creative team, I will still be attracted to Cốc Cốc for a long long time, and besides creating interesting and meaningful products, I can also aim for new milestones in your career."
